The Work Package 2 aims to establish a state of play of arts and cultural education practices in the partner countries. It helps to identify and understand existing initiatives, in order to build on the most relevant experiences for the project.
Inventory of innovative practices
An initial task is to identify and analyse good practices in arts and cultural education in each partner country. Each organisation contributes examples from its local context, in order to build an overall and comparative view of existing initiatives in Europe. This inventory highlights the strengths, limitations and lessons learned from these experiences.
European conference
A European conference organised in Amiens Métropole in October 2025 marks the starting point for the work of this WP. This event brings together all partners and provides an opportunity to discuss the challenges of arts and cultural education across European territories. It encourages the sharing of experiences and launches the project’s shared momentum.
Good practice guide
The analysis work and exchanges between partners will lead to the creation of a good practice guide in arts and cultural education. This concise and accessible document presents the most inspiring experiences and serves as a practical tool for practitioners. It also provides an essential basis for the next stages of the project, notably for the design of the training module.

Overall project management: consortium coordination, monitoring of the timeline, budget and indicators, within an inclusive, digital and environmentally responsible approach.
A shared pathway for teachers and cultural professionals, fostering the co-construction of arts and cultural education projects.
Communicate throughout the project and widely disseminate its outputs to educational, cultural and institutional audiences, as well as the general public.
