Project Management & Coordination
Overall consortium leadership: monitoring the schedule, budget and objectives, through an inclusive, digital and ecological approach.
Coordinate, monitor, include.
Work Package 1 concerns the overall management and coordination of the project. It is led by GIP FCIP and DRAREIC Hauts-de-France, with a coordination committee bringing together all partners. This committee meets regularly (approximately once a month via videoconference) to monitor project progress, compliance with the schedule, budget and objectives. Each partner designates two contact persons to ensure monitoring and contribute to project reports.
Monitoring
Monitoring is based on shared tools (schedule, budget, indicators) and regular meetings, particularly during key stages such as mobility activities and testing or training phases.
Financial and Schedule Management
Financial and schedule management is ensured collectively from the project preparation phase to guarantee proper organization and a rapid start once funding is validated.
Inclusion
The project also pays particular attention to inclusion: all activities are designed to be accessible to the widest possible audience, particularly to people with disabilities or those distant from culture.
Digital Tools
Digital tools are used to facilitate collaboration (online meetings, document sharing, rapid communication), while maintaining in-person activities supplemented by online content.
Ecological Approach
An ecological approach is integrated (more sustainable transport, waste reduction, responsible choices), and the project aims to encourage the participation of teachers and cultural mediators to develop creativity, critical thinking and European citizenship.

A common pathway for teachers and cultural professionals, promoting the co-construction of artistic and cultural education projects.
