Train, test, adjust.
The training module of Work Package 3 aims to offer a shared pathway for teachers and cultural professionals. It seeks to strengthen the links between these two audiences by fostering the co-construction of artistic and cultural education projects. The module is based on a hybrid approach, combining theoretical input, exchange of practices, collaborative work, and practical experimentation.
Flexibility
Designed with flexibility, it represents approximately 26 to 28 hours of in-person training, with possibilities for adaptation to hybrid formats according to national continuing education frameworks. It also incorporates time for reflection and practical implementation, enabling participants to work together on concrete projects directly transferable to their professional contexts.
Inclusion
Particular attention is given to inclusion, notably the integration of students with special needs in artistic and cultural education projects. The module offers tools, methods, and resources to support participants in this approach, drawing on inspiring European practices identified in previous phases of the project.
Evolving framework
The module is designed as an evolving framework, enriched and adjusted through two test mobilities organized with groups of international participants. These experiments enable the evaluation of content relevance, improvement of pedagogical methods, and ensure the module’s alignment with field realities.

Identifying and understanding artistic and cultural education practices in partner countries to build on the most relevant experiences.
