This Erasmus+ mobility week for the SEEDS project brought together the various European partners in Amiens to officially launch the cooperation and define the project’s first steps. Following the arrival of the participants on Sunday, October 5, 2025, activities began on Monday with a meeting at the Rectorat d’Amiens. The morning was dedicated to welcoming participants, presentations from the various partner organizations, and discovering the project’s administrative framework. Participants were also welcomed by Pierre Moya, Rector of the Académie d’Amiens.
On Monday afternoon, a meeting at the City Hall provided an opportunity to present the SEEDS project in greater detail, including its origins, objectives, and expected impacts. Each partner then outlined their involvement in the project. Initial work regarding work package WP2 was distributed among the partners, specifically concerning the European conference, the resource inventory, and the creation of a guide. The day concluded with a convivial dinner, encouraging further exchange between participants.
On Tuesday, October 7, the partners met again at the City Hall to continue their work. After a review of the administrative framework provided by GIP Via Pro, participants proceeded to select the project logo. In the afternoon, a meeting at the Cloître Dewailly allowed for the presentation of the general project timeline as well as the program of activities planned for 2025-2026. Discussions continued regarding the organization of WP2 and the coordination of the various actions.
From October 8 to 10, participants took part in the European Conference dedicated to arts and cultural education, held at the Maison de la Culture d’Amiens. This event was a highlight of the mobility, offering an opportunity to exchange educational and cultural practices, strengthen ties between European partners, and continue the implementation of the SEEDS project within a dynamic of cooperation and shared experience.
